The accommodation itself is large, attractive, well-equipped and spacious with oak floors in the games room, living room and study. The kitchen/diner is designed to seat 12 people comfortably for a celebratory meal.

Built for ease and pleasure the kitchen has a double oven range with a large gas hob, a large fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. Next to this is the utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

You go through the games room with pool table to get to the living room with a large TV. Off the games area is a study and the downstairs bedroom with zip and link beds or kingsize beds and an ensuite shower room. Up stairs you have 5 further bedrooms, all with TV's, 3 with ensuite shower rooms and 2 that share a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Just metres away from the kitchen, over a patio BBQ area, you have the outside seating pavillion where all 12 can sit comfortably looking out onto the woodland. Next to this is the indoor pool building which has its own WC and a wonderful pool which is 10m x 5m with a constant depth of 4ft, again this is overlooking woodland.
